Open during the day for beachgoers looking to enjoy a drink in the sunshine, and into sunset for the perfect end to a day by the sea.

Blue Bar is open seasonally from late May through October, with hours varying based on weather and staffing.

  • Do you offer breakfast?
    Yes! We serve a unique breakfast of curated small plates, offering guests the opportunity to try out both sweet and savory bites. Think of it as tapas for breakfast! Delivered right to your door every morning.
  • Are you pet-friendly?
    Up to two 70 lb or less canine companions are permitted only in the Two Bedroom Queen Cottage - Dog-friendly, our designated pet-friendly guest room. Pet dogs are included at $50 per dog, per night rate increase. This rate increase is already reflected in the price in our online booking system when you enter one or two dogs for this 2 dog maximum occupancy lodgings. Dog owners, please note: per town ordinances, dogs are not allowed on Plum Island beaches from May 15-October 15. Please be aware that dogs are the only pets allowed, they must never be left in a guest room alone, and are permitted only on our porches and exterior common areas of the hotel, and only while on leash. While we love our pets, not all of our guests feel the same way. For this reason dogs are never permitted in interior public spaces. As a condition of reserving a room at our hotel, you agree to pay a $250.00 fee per night if any pets are found in rooms not designated as dog-friendly, or if your animal causes stains or damage to a pet-friendly guest room.
  • What times are check-in and check-out?
    Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
  • Where are you located?
    Our property is located at 20 Fordham Way in beautiful Plum Island (Newburyport) , Massachusetts, just a short distance away from downtown.
